CLAT啊，永遠的。
出自《機動警察》，AV-98英格倫以電視動畫系列第44集「CLAT啊，永遠的。」中的色彩化身為MODEROID組裝模型登場！

全高約13.5公分，各關節為可動式設計。
配置於紐約市警的Labor隊CLAT (Crime Labor Attack Team)，基礎色調為藍色的樣式。
內附的水轉印貼紙更新為CLAT標誌及1號機/2號機強化用標誌。還附追加轉印貼紙3～5號機的號碼。（※不包含普通版英格倫用的轉印貼紙。）
除了轉印貼紙，還附有部分塗裝分色重現用的貼紙。
全新造型沒有旭日章平坦造型的胸部零件。另外還追加一部分的色彩。
可選擇1號機或是2號機進行組裝。
附六連發轉輪手槍，以及對付Labor的電擊警棍（長/短）等各種武器配件。
搭配各成型色及上色完成零件，組裝起來便能重現其近似劇中的樣貌。

CLAT Forever
From “Mobile Police Patlabor” comes a MODEROID plastic model of the AV-98 Ingram in the coloring that appeared in episode 44, “CLAT Forever”. The model stands at approx. 135mm in height. The joints of the model are fully articulated.

The model features a blue color scheme from the NYPD Labor Corps CLAT (Crime Labor Attack Team).
Water-slide decals included with the kit have been redesigned to include CLAT markings, markings for Unit 1 Andante and Unit 2 Fortissimo.
Numbers 3-5 are included as bonus decals. (Standard Ingram decals are not included.)
Stickers for creating certain parts of the paint scheme are also included.
Flat chest parts without the Rising Sun emblem have been newly designed with new paintwork added as well.
Unit 1 or Unit 2 can be assembled with the included parts.
Armaments like a 6-round revolver cannon and an anti-Labor stun stick (long/short) are included.
The various parts of the mecha have been separated into different colored runners and pre-painted parts, making it easy to recreate the mecha with a simple assembly.

全高約135mm、各関節可動。
ニューヨーク市警のレイバー隊CLAT（クライム・レイバー・アタック・チーム）に配備された、ブルー基調のカラーリング仕様。
付属の水転写デカールをCLATマーク及び1号機アンダンテ・2号機フォルテッシモ用のマーキングに一新。ボーナスデカールとして3〜5号機のナンバーも付属。（※通常版イングラム用のデカールは付属しません）
デカールに加え、一部塗り分け再現用のシールも付属。
旭日章のないフラットなタイプの胸パーツを新規造形。更に一部彩色を追加。
1号機・2号機を選択して組み立てることが可能。
6連装リボルバーカノン、対レイバー用スタンスティック（長・短）をはじめとした各種武装が付属。
各成形色と彩色済みパーツにより、組み立てるだけでイメージに近い色分けを再現。
